ABOUT THE POSITION

As a service technician, you will become a key person in the company's service operations and an important point of contact between customers, internal functions, and external partners. You will be part of an experienced service team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and personal responsibility are central parts of the working method. The role is technically broad and suits you who enjoy combining practical work at customer sites with analytical problem-solving and technical support.

The work involves being responsible for the installation, planning, and commissioning of advanced technical equipment, as well as performing both preventive maintenance and urgent troubleshooting. The assignments vary in complexity and scope, which means that no day is the same. You will work both independently and in close dialogue with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, where you are expected to contribute with your technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach.

In addition to the operational work, you have an advisory role internally, where you act as technical support to, for example, the sales organization and participate in technical discussions regarding customer solutions. The role also involves driving technical matters with international partners, following up on actions, and ensuring that deliveries and solutions maintain high quality. The position requires travel, primarily within Sweden, but international trips may also occur depending on the customer and project.

• Perform periodic service and urgent troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Work as technical expert support internally, including towards the sales organization
• Drive and follow up technical matters with external partners
• Documentation and administrative follow-up related to service assignments

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a technical education, for example in electrical engineering or automation
• Has several years of experience in technical service, preferably from process industry or energy gas
• Has experience in electrical and instrument installations and calibration from previous employment
• Has a B driver's license
• Is fluent in Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work
